Cancellation Policy

Please consider the deposit a retainer fee as it is nonrefundable. If for any reason the stylist cancels the appointment you will receive a refund of a retainer fee. If the stylists reschedules the appointment you can opt to have your retainer fee refunded. Payments Please note that there will be tax added for each service and product purchase. Customer Service Inquiry For any inquiries please send us an email at chedrinehair25@gmail.com. We will be sure to get back to you within 24hrs in between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Reschedule To keep the deposit/retainer reschedule within a week of your current appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled 7 days after the original appointment it will be considered a new appointment and another retainer fee is required. Cancellation When cancelling an appointment please note that the the retainer fee is nonrefundable. Prior to your appointment Please note that most of the services do not come with a wash. We would love to give you a the full service including a wash deep conditioner, treatment or whatever else you need. Let us know if you need a wash so we can add it to your appointment. We will need to add time to your appointment and there will be an additional fee of $25. If you have any style that requires getting taken down please do so before your appointment so that we can start with the services that was booked. Late Arrivals We understand life happens! please give us a heads up if you are running late. We do not charge a late fee however if after 30 mins of being late with no communication it will be considered a no show and you will be required to rebook with an additional 40% of the style booked for the no show appointment. Service duration We try to be as accurate as we can with the duration stated on the site however please note that depending on hair type, length and complexity.
